Exploring the skill of perceptive observation; understanding that communication isn't simply words, but actions and interpreting actions which is often as important as active listening and asking questions
In this session, I will work to identify ways we can become more perceptive; picking up on cues from our peers, trusting our intuition and looking for "symptoms" that lead to the real issues or points of conflicts.
